Human values have been similar throughout history, humans tend to be greedy, self-centered, and uncivilized. We are the only species that destroys the world to the extent we do, and the worst thing is we are watching it happen and doing nothing about it. The government has always tried to give the illusion that we all have a say when really its a dictatorship, what say, have you said in the platform of world politics? None exactly. As a civilization we have technological advances but as individuals we are still ignorant and oblivious to what happens in the world. Are values are shaped by religion and culture, and until people realize religion is just a form of mind control, and that we need to act as human beings i will consider us primitive animals.
