its not more dangerous then global warming but not less then it|||There will probably be comittees formed to achieve a concensus that global cooling is caused by human activity.|||Rock dusting|||We would adapt, and those in leadership would figure out how to tax us for it.|||Depending on the severity, possibly not much would happen. If it enters a glacial time, then the humna population would suffer dramatically as food supply would dwindle and most northern countries would cease to exist (hard to survive underneath a glacier).
As far as our response, the same people claiming global warming would again blame society and require massive taxes to solve the problem. Of course, like AGW, we can do nothing about it and the taxes would be used to expand government and do next to nothing for the people.|||That Crazy guy is right.

The economy is secondary - Survival is paramount!
After we have cut our energy production the deaths from people freezing without heat would rise. Seed germination would become so late, this would not allow a growing season = people would starve.

http://www.intellicast.com/Community/Con鈥?/a>|||we are experiencing it but nobody gives it any press. it is called global dimming which is caused by particulates from emissions and other things blocking the suns rays from the earth and the fact is if we eliminated all the green house gases our planet would begin to cool rapidly right now they are offsetting each other but since the particulates in the air are heavy they settle in the southern hemisphere affecting weather patterns and change the jet stream which is a whole new set of problems nobody wants to talk about|||I won%26#039;t mind a lower temperature. I function better in the cold.
