Why is Palin changing the topics to say what she wants in the debate?

It is like she has some learned statements that she is insisting on getting out regardless of what the question at hand is.|||I dont know but Im starting to HATE her !!! what a ***** !!!|||Thats the way to Debate Republican|||maybe she don%26#039;t know how to answer the questions...lol|||You know she was pre-programmed on certain set talking points.
