Well I won't write the whole speech for you because that's not right, but I'll give you some ideas.

You could write on technology, a very cliched thing, but I think it's the thing most people think of first. Nowadays nearly everything is done by technology, see even your homework makes use of it.

Another one would be globalisation. India is getting on the global market fast.

Or, you can always talk about the weather! Global warming is really warming this earth up, days are getting hotter, glaciers are melting. I'm sure it would be applicable to India.

Is this your homework?
The way %26quot;homeworks%26quot; are done today compared to what it used to be earlier is a topic you can choose for %26quot;Something is changing%26quot;.

After school, children used to get back home and do their home works regularly. They either took the help of their parents, elders or tution teachers to complete their tasks. These days children not only make use of internet as a source of information but %26quot;outsource%26quot; their homework and complete their assignment. Is this not a radical change both in the ways home work is done and also the moral values ???
All that is living is naturally changing. It changes according to the need of the time.. place.. and situation (circumstances).

Well you have given a good option of 'India%26quot;. India is at present is the centre of attraction of the world as a developing Nation and mainly the Information technology and the Nuclear Energy for peaceful and useful public utility purposes. It deserves a place in the Security Council as a member of United Nations Organisation.
