I need help on selecting a controversial topic for a speech I'm doing soon. I'm having problems with this because I have to propose a plan of change with the topic. It would be helpful if it also includes where in the world the change already went into place and is working.
Ex: Legalization of Marijuana. Put into effect in Amsterdam and could argue that the U.S. should do the same. Sadly the professor doesn't want me doing this topic.
