Help! i dont know what topic to do???

ok for national history day i have to pick a topic (person) in history but i really want to do the 100th battalion when some were chosen to be %26quot;dog bait%26quot; but since it has to be a person in history i dont know what to do because it happened to several people or should i do a different topic, and would it be difficult for me to do Mansa Musa or Chief Seattle, if i did change my topic?

hello. I do not know what you're aiming toward, but am a little familiar with the Seattle area, have visited there several times. How about a Totem-pole carver, or a power that makes Mt Ranier's volcano blow? good luck.
