Ok well hes not my boyfriend. but we have talked and he said hes not sure about how he feels about me yet. and the next day he asked me to the dance...but we text alot. and every time i bring up kissing he changes the topic. For example when he bruised his arm i said %26quot;aw, i should have kissed it, kisses make everything feel better:)%26quot; he says %26quot;yeah, so anyways whats up?%26quot; and its not just this theres been 2 other times. Whats that supposed to mean?? btw im 14.

He's probably just not ready. You say you've talked about how he feels about you but are you sure he's gay? Maybe he's not sure if he likes guys or not or maybe he's not sure how he feels about you. Or maybe he's in denial about being gay. It sounds like he might like you, I would just take things slow and let him go at his own pace.
