If you win DV2010 what are all the steps to get a green card?
Good topic, If one get the DV drawing then they get a letter telling them the number of the DV. From this they must apply on line with all the forms necessary to file for the Green card. This still takes time and is not a guarantee that they will get the card. there are reasons that they can not get it, here illegal, committed a crime here or their home, are a couple reasons.
